    • Website visitors evaluate projects according to the criteria defined by the Organizer for each category. Voting is done by assigning scores.
    • Vote Normalization and Verification: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify the votes cast during the public voting for vote manipulation and other unfair actions. If such actions are detected, the votes may be invalidated, and the results of the public voting for a specific application or category may be adjusted or canceled.

6.2. Jury Voting:

    • Jury Formation: The Organizing Committee of the Award invites leading experts in the fields of digital technologies, marketing, e-commerce, and related fields to join the jury. The jury includes representatives of business, academia, independent experts, as well as representatives of relevant organizations and associations. The jury is formed taking into account the principles of professionalism, objectivity, independence, and absence of conflicts of interest. The jury composition is published on the official website of the Award.
    • Conflict of Interest: Representatives of the Award participants may be members of the jury. If a jury member is affiliated with an Award participant (is an employee, representative, consultant, etc.), has a personal interest in the voting results for a particular application, or cannot provide an objective assessment for other reasons, they must recuse themselves from evaluating that application and/or the applications of direct competitors. The decision on recusal is made by the jury member independently or at the request of the Organizing Committee.
    • Voting Procedure: Jury members conduct a closed vote from September 1 to September 15, 2025, evaluating projects according to established criteria. The evaluation criteria for each category are developed by the Organizing Committee taking into account the specifics of the nomination and may include parameters such as innovation, creativity, functionality, usability, efficiency, social significance, and others.
    • Categories Evaluated Only by the Jury: The “Best Professionals” category is evaluated exclusively by the jury.

6.3. Winner Determination:

    • The final score for each application is calculated as the arithmetic mean between the scores received as a result of the normalized public voting (taking into account possible adjustments or cancellation of votes) and the scores given by the jury members.
    • In each category and subcategory, several winners, one winner, or no winners may be determined.
    • Participants who have scored a final score exceeding the median value for that category/subcategory may be declared winners.
    • If several participants in the same category/subcategory score the same final score exceeding the median value, all these participants may be declared winners.
    • If none of the participants in a category/subcategory scores a final score exceeding the median value, winners in that category/subcategory are not determined.
    • In the categories “Digital Startup”, “Innovations in Digital” and “Best AI Solution”, as well as in any other categories at the discretion of the Organizing Committee, the jury has the right, based on a collective decision, to determine one, several winners or not to determine winners, regardless of the results of public voting and the median value of the final score. The final decision on the number of winners (or their absence) in each category and subcategory is made by the Organizing Committee, taking into account the voting results, the jury’s opinion, and the goals of the Award.
