E-Register

The e-register.am service is an electronic system provided by the State Register of the Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. It is designed to improve the business environment in Armenia by decreasing the duration of state registration for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Utilizing the “One Stop Shop” principle, it ensures registration can be completed during a single visit. The system allows users to submit online applications for registration, track the status of their applications, and search for and purchase information about organizations of interest
