This category recognizes online stores operated by companies selling goods and services via the internet within Armenia or from Armenia to other countries. Both fully integrated e-commerce platforms and individual storefronts are eligible for evaluation.
Evaluation Criteria
Omnichannel Integration: Availability and seamless integration of multiple sales channels (website, mobile app, social media) with a smooth user transition between them.
Product Information Accessibility: Completeness and accuracy of product details (descriptions, specifications, photos, reviews), ease of search and filtering.
Functionality: Ease of checkout, variety of payment and delivery options, personal account features (order history, loyalty programs), and other useful functions.
Delivery Quality: Speed and reliability of delivery, availability of multiple delivery methods (courier, postal service, pickup), and order tracking options.
Customer Support Quality: Responsiveness and competence of the support team, availability of various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
Website: Design and user experience.
Mobile App: Design and usability.
Other Channels: Design and usabilit
Submission Requirements
Participants must provide:
- Links to the online store and/or mobile app
- Screenshots showcasing key features
- Text description including:
- Target audience
- Business model and key features
- Optional: A presentation detailing the online store’s functionality and operational processes (e.g., order processing and delivery workflow).
Highlighting unique features, innovations, and competitive advantages is encouraged.
