These Terms of Use (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Association (ECDMA), organizer of the Armenia Digital Awards (hereinafter – the “Organizer”), and any person using the website awards.am (hereinafter – the “User”). By using the website, the User expresses their full and unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.

1. User Rights and Obligations

1.1. The User has the right to:

    • Freely browse the materials posted on the website.
    • Participate in voting in accordance with the Award Rules.
    • Contact the Organizer with questions and suggestions using the contact information provided on the website.

1.2. The User is obligated to:

    • Not use the website for illegal purposes.
    • Not post prohibited content on the website (see Section 2).
    • Not infringe on the copyright of the Organizer and third parties.
    • Not take actions that may disrupt the operation of the website.

2. Prohibited Content and Actions

2.1. It is prohibited to post on the website:

    • Materials that violate the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
    • Offensive and defamatory materials.
    • Spam and unsolicited advertising.
    • Materials that infringe copyright and other intellectual property rights.
    • Materials containing viruses or other malicious programs.

2.2. The following actions are prohibited:

    • Vote rigging.
    • Hacking the website.
    • Any other actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the website.

3. Procedure for Using Website Materials

3.1. All materials posted on the website are intellectual property of the Organizer and are protected by copyright law.

3.2. Copying, distribution, and any other use of website materials without the written permission of the Organizer is prohibited.

4. Limitation of the Organizer’s Liability

4.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:

    • Malfunctions of the website.
    • Data loss.
    • Damage caused to the User as a result of using the website.
    • The content of information posted by Users.

5. Dispute Resolution Procedure

5.1. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the website shall be resolved through negotiations.

5.2. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
